“What a fantastic hotel this is. There’s a champagne bar where you can get any drink you like. Not to mention the exquisite La Stube restaurant on floor -1. Fresh, beautiful rooms. A 4-star hotel with 5-star staff.”

“Had a wonderful stay for our ski vacation. They were so nice. They helped me when I was checking in and had my hands full with my dogs even bringing my luggage upstairs for me. Luigi is the best and helped us so much to have a relaxing stay! I recommend for your next trip!”

“We have stayed in this hotel for a week in the beginning of March for our snowboarding holiday. PROS: + Location - hotel is on the main street, close to the city centre and within up to 10 min walk to the lifts; + We’ve got a free room upgrade (probably due to the end of the season but still it was nice) - rooms are spacious, well furnished, modern yet in alpine style, lots of storage; + Free shuttle to the lifts and good ski storage room available; + Nice SPA (amazing saunas and chill zone with really good tea) & pool area. CONS: - One evening a lady knocked our door and started shouting at us blaming in ‘throwing water from the balcony’ . She also mentioned that she’s one of the owners of the hotel and said ‘you will pay!!!’. Sorry but while being 30+ y.o. and coming to another country for a holiday I think you understand that actually pouring water on pedestrians is the last thing one would do… There was a child though in the room nearby but oh well. Apologies from the hotel were never made; - You cannot control temperature in the room, we were constantly freezing (and couldn’t dry our sport clothes) and needed to call reception like 10 times so that they turn on heating, they were doing it for half an hour and then the situation was repeating; - Breakfast - really small choice and everyday for the whole week it was absolutely the same. Overall, the hotel offers a very good price-to-quality ratio.”
